Returns and Shipping

  • When returning a product, please ensure it is sent back in its original packaging and condition. 
  • Any damage/return request MUST be reported to us within 12 DAYS of delivery date in order to qualify for a replacement or refund.
  • Severely damaged products may not need to be returned for an exchange or a refund. Simply send photos of the damage(s) AND shipping label (located on the outside of the box) to Customer Service Support: sales@choicebuildersolutions.com, and our team will process a refund or replacement 
  • Full refunds are issued once the product is received in its original, unused and unopened condition. Please note that opened or used products will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • ALL Custom Grab Bars and Custom Mirrors are non returnable and non refundable.

  • medium to large shipments typically arrive within 2-5 business days.
  • freight shipments generally take 5-14 business days.

We currently ship within the continental United States. Orders shipping to U.S. locations requiring air freight may be subject to additional shipping charges. Please contact our customer service team at sales@choicebuildersolutions.com for a shipping quote or to confirm eligibility.

Returns and Refunds

Our standard return window is 12 days of delivery. If your situation falls outside of the window, please reach out to us at sales@choicebuildersolutions.com. We'll review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Contact our customer service team at sales@choicebuildersolutions.com . Once your request has been reviewed, we'll provide return instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label. Your refund will be processed after the returned item is received.
